If I had not went for TESL, I would've opted for pharmacy, nursery or agriculture because I like medicine in general (I'm aware of how difficult the field is) and I like plants! From house plants, herbs, veggies and euphorbias, I've dealt with them ever since I was a kid. Aside from gardening, I also enjoy… studying.. Or maybe the more accurate term is learning because studying would indicate that it's done for a particular purpose like as a preparation for a test etc. but I just like learning and discovering new things especially new languages. I'm currently learning Japanese and I'm planning to take JLPT next year after finishing my foundation studies but we'll see how it goes because lately, I haven't been putting effort in my Japanese lessons.. I think it's notably important to clarify that I do NOT have confidence in my speaking skills. Mainly because I usually use Malay Sarawak as my daily language and it's not just that since I'm surrounded by friends of a wide variety of cultures so all of the languages are mixed together. As a result, I'm not exactly fluent in any of the languages that I know but I AM working on it >< I aspire to be a person who speaks well and capable of conveying exactly what I truly mean without any room of misinterpretation.
